There are many, many things still to reserve and prepare, but in just over a week's time, Tasha, Dad and I will be landing in Edinburgh for nearly three weeks of exploration in SCOTLAND.
Whisky, castles, churches, pottery, beer, haggis and wool will be firmly in mind as we rove about this fine country, tracing the Gilchrist roots where we can, but this blog will serve as a means to share the trip as it happens. The key stops are referenced in the photo above (thanks Google Maps!), but there is lots to see in between so bookmark and enjoy.
